Cleaning Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cleaning validation protocols and reports in a timely manner as defined by the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and project timelines.
• Responsible for the execution of the cleaning validation, including:
• Developing the vital documentation for the realization of the validation runs
• Training of and coordinating with the production staff involved in the validation activity, as applicable.
• Performing sampling and analysis of the samples.
• Collaborate with all the departments to ensure cleaning validation, or re-validation success.
• Align with designated SOP’s and required training for the role.
• Update and improve cleaning instructions or validation processes as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in e.g. Chemistry, Chemical engineering or pharmaceutics or equivalent (required).
• Proficient in Swedish and English (this is mandatory).
• Experience in the field of cleaning validation with proven knowledge of cleaning validation including sampling techniques is required.
• Sound GMP/GAMP knowledge
• Vast experience within cleaning validation processes and cleaning limits
