Communication System Engineer – GNSS / IoT Semiconductor

We are working closely with an innovative fabless semiconductor company based in Delft, that develops ultra-low power chips for GNSS and IoT applications.

They are now looking for a Communication System Engineer to work on the design of the digital baseband part of their cutting-edge GNSS/IoT chip.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of communication systems
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance of communication systems
• Collaborate with RTL implementation teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of designs
• Create and maintain documentation for communication system designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures

Key Skills and Experiences Required:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience of designing communication systems
• Strong programming skills: MATLAB ,C/C++
• Strong knowledge of communication systems, protocols, and technologies
• Experience with digital signal processing, physical layer blocks of wireless communication systems
• Familiarity with networking protocols
• Experience with GNSS, NB-IOT, LORA or BLE
