Computer Vision Team Lead

I am currently working with an exciting company developing the next generation of intelligent robots. They develop robotic hardware such as arms and hands, as well as the software behind them. They engineer solutions for medical robotics, customer electronics manufacturing and more.

They are now looking for a Computer Vision Team Lead, who will lead a team of 4, with the role being 60% leadership focused, and 40% hands-on.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders on the computer vision functionalities and interfaces of the company
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of computer vision related software libraries
• Contribute to the architectural and strategic development of the company
• Manage 2-weekly sprints of a team in a Large Scale Scrum Framework
• Manage and mentor team members

Key Skills and Experiences required:

• 5 years’ experience in software development in computer vision or robotics
• 2 years of technical project management experience
• Experienced in at least one modern computer vision or robotic framework
• Good people management skills
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
