Computer Vision Team Lead

European Recruitment are working closely with an exciting robotics company, based in Munich, who are looking for a Computer Vision Team Lead to join their management team.

Responsibilities as Computer Vision Team Lead:

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding computer vision functionalities and interfaces.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of computer vision related software libraries.
• Manage 2-weekly sprints of a team in a Large Scale Scrum Framework.
• Manage the allocation of team resources.
• Scale up, manage, and mentor team members, reviewing and guiding their work, including employee appraisals and performance reviews.
• Leverage technical expertise to mentor engineers and provide leadership in resolving complex technology issues.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a focus in CV, ML or AI.
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in software development in computer vision or robotics.
• Min. 2 years of technical project management experience in a complex setting.
• Experienced in at least one modern computer vision or robotic framework.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in industry automation, robotics, vision, and control domain.
• Familiar with Jira and gitlab.
• Hands-on-experience with LeSS, Jira.
• Contributed to open source libraries.
