About the role:

Reporting to the Regional Director, Europe, to develop the UK business as per the company strategy.

 

In this role you will:

• Representing the client with key stakeholders within the country

• Active Alliance Management, leading business relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring KPIs and strategic direction for product portfolio

• Business development in the UK.

• Establishing strong relations with distributors and commercial partners and the key agencies

• Guiding on local strategy, maximizing brands and product life cycle opportunities

• Supporting the integration and launch of new products and maximizing growth opportunities

• Financial and budgetary responsibility

• Establishing and enhancing commercial capabilities, infrastructure, ensuring compliance, local legislation requirements, reinforcing connection with payers, stakeholders, customers, and supporting market access and P&R activity

• Providing business updates and executing performance reviews with Partners

• Producing marketing & sales plan, monthly sales, gaps vs budget, marketing activities and brand campaigns

• Oversight of the on-boarding of new product acquisitions

• Supporting feeding the pipeline with business case generation and keep a high engagement with local partners to further develop the business

• Other ad hoc duties

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor or above in related majors

• Self-motivator with a minimum of 10 years channel sales experience in the solar industry is a must, top PV module or inverter company is a plus

• Has top distributors customer resource in the UK is a must

• Good business mindset and management skill

• Good communicator with fluent English, Mandarin Chinese would be a plus
