I am looking for a passionate Cyber Security Researcher to join a leading automotive navigation and digital maps service provider at their offices in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

In this role you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to find various vulnerabilities and problems with the hardware and software of the different vehicles on market, proposed and existing protocols, and identifying ways to correct the issues.

Responsibilities Include:

Identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in car communication technology, car devices, and programming platforms for car entertainment.

Identifying possible issues and attacks in vehicle-to-vehicle, and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications.

Creating and testing prototype solutions to increase security of vehicle systems and communications

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mathematics or similar.

Solid understanding of reverse-engineering communication protocols.

Experience with cryptography cyphers, protocols and PKIs.

Strong experience in programs such as C++ and Python
