Deep Learning Researcher

Deep Learning Researcher / Scientist (Neural Networks / MEAN / C++ / Machine Learning / MATLAB / R) 

We are recruiting for a Deep Learning Researcher/Scientist with experience in Neural Network programming and strong MEAN, C++, MATLAB or R programming to join my client in the Cambridge area on a permanent basis. My client is a globally known semiconductor company and this role is working within a brand-new research department.

As a Deep Learning Researcher/Scientist you should hold a degree (minimum MSc, ideally PhD) in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, and have publications in major journals or conferences (such as ICML, NIPS, CVPR, EMNLP, ICRA, ICDM) and have prior experience in applying Deep Learning/Machine Learning theories to real world problems in a non-black box fashion.

Required skills:

• MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Good written and oral communications skills
• Familiar with neural network programming (NumPy, Tensorflow)
• Experience with software programming (MEAN, C++, Matlab, R)
• Publications in major journals or conferences (such as ICML, NIPS, CVPR, EMNLP, ICRA, ICDM) 
• Experience in applying Deep Learning/Machine Learning theories 
• Agile development process
