Analog Design Engineering Manager | Mixed- Signal / Analog | IC Design | PMIC | Power Sensing | Semiconductor

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Design Engineering Manager to join a market leader in Semiconductor Technologies, specialising in high-performance power and sensing solutions.

You will support the Director of Design Engineering to motivate engineering talent, define and set deliverables, and improve design process and efficiency while driving results at their site in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead Power, Analog, and mixed-signal IC design teams using top-down design flows and methodologies
• Foster innovation, technical development, and consensus facilitation to drive optimal project outcomes
• Design switching regulator circuits for the Automotive environment, focusing on high efficiency, high power density, and Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS, Mixed Signal content
• Apply EMI mitigation design techniques, power supply application, and digital design flows and verification
• Successfully manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time delivery while coordinating resources across global locations

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
• Management experience with internal and external teams on a global scale preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively
