Opportunity to Join a semiconducting organization with over 20 years in the market located in Italy , Milan is currently seeking a Design Manager to join their Team.

Responsibilities :-

• Proven track record in managing Power, Analog and mixed signal IC design teams and developments using top down design flows and methodologies
• Proactive, collaborative, resourceful and creative approach to innovation, technical development and consensus facilitation to influence optimal project results
• Experience with design of switching regulator circuits intended for the Automotive environment; high efficiency, high power density, Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS, Mixed Signal content
• Solid understanding of EMI mitigation design techniques, power supply application and digital design flows and verification

Qualifications:

• BSEE, MSEE (preferred) with 8+ years of experience in analog /mixed signal IC design
• Solid understanding of Analog IC Design
• Prior management experience with internal and external teams on a global scale, preferred
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts
• Strong management skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
