DevOps Engineer – Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery / CI/CD / Gitlab / Docker / Kubernetes / Visualization tools

We are recruiting for a number of DevOps Engineers with experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD),  Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes and ideally Visualization tools to join my client onsite in the Berlin area of Germany on an initial 18 month AuG contract.

Our client is focused on the development of products and devices for secure identification and as a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for the design, creation and maintenance of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline based on modern frameworks such as GitLab, Docker and ensuring the operation and maintenance of the applications operated, taking into account additional aspects such as monitoring, logging and security.

Required skills:

Degree information technology, natural sciences, mathematics or engineering

Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and deploying large software applications, preferably with Gitlab

Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, ideally experience with Red Hat Openshift

Experience in using code analysis tools, ideally SonarQube

Know-how in monitoring visualisation tools (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, Splunk)

Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
