DFT Engineer – MBIST / AMS / ATPG

We are working with one of the world’s largest semiconductor companies who are looking to add a DFT Engineer for a long-term project with their team based in Nijmegen. This role will see you work on the DFT delivery management, regression runs and validation of the systems. The role will require you to be on-site with the team in Nijmegen up to 3 days a week and sponsorship can be provided for the role.

Focus of the role:

  • DFT Delivery management, working with the documentation including MBIST and AMS recipes/use cases
  • Tagging and BOM creation
  • DFT regression runs and validation of the DFT
  • ATPG dryrun (DRC checks + chain tests – compare against existing runs)

Requirements for this DFT role:

  • Proven experience working in the semiconductor/hardware development sector
  • DFT expertise (mainly working in digital, MBIST, and AMS)
  • Experience working with tools such as Tessent ATPG & Diagnosis
  • Capable of working in simulations using Cadence XRUN
