Growth Director – Software Development – IT Software – Remote, Netherlands

We have partnered with a Polish IT business that provides complete software solutions for their clients.

With a team of experienced professionals, they specialize in current technologies and have been part of many innovative projects that include cutting-edge technologies.

As part of the Global expansion plan, they are now looking for a Growth Director to be based in the Netherlands and work with the Directors on the growth strategy for Western Europe.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing a portfolio of new prospective Customers and business opportunities based on your market knowledge, IT industry familiarity, and personal contacts.
• Maximizing brand share, driving sales, and ensuring consistent brand positioning throughout the region.
• Playing a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our company and global brand across multiple markets.
• Maintaining and nurturing strong working relationships with Clients, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
• Identifying and communicating consumer trends, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities for the region.
• Working closely with the Vice-President, Chief Delivery Officer and Account Management Team.

Your profile:

• Experience in IT sector sales processes – enjoying key account management, partnership development and full sales cycle business development.
• Experience in the IT field in Western European countries.
• Excellent network in the industry, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent market knowledge.
• Expertise in seeking new business segments to expand our offer to.
• Passionate about your work, looking to maximize your impact on the company’s market position and have a strong growth mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
