Field Application Engineer – Power Semiconductor / Power Modules / Power Conversion

We are currently recruiting Field Application Engineers to work with an industry-leading power semiconductor company specializing in market-leading power modules to reinforce their management team in supporting key strategic accounts across Germany.

This is a permanent position offering fully remote work within Germany.

Key Responsibilities for this Field Application Engineer Position:

• Leading technical design-in process from first product presentation to product approval.
• Winning designs from both existing and new customers.
• Providing onsite technical advice and services to customers.
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborating across multiple teams to secure new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as an FAE within Power Semiconductor/Power Electronics; ideally a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong B2B sales experience within the power market, ideally in industrial power conversion.
• Strong experience working and directly interacting with customers.
• Strong German language skills are essential for this position.
