Field Sales Manager – Semiconductor / Power Supply / Power Electronics

We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to work with a leading semiconductor company specialing in the development of cutting-edge innovative technologies for high voltage power conversion.

This is a permanent working opportunity based in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities for this Field Sales Manager position:

• Defining and implementing strategies for fast growth to drive revenue increases.
• Building a strong knowledge of the Italian market to best manage major market segments and key accounts.
• Drive assigned FAE resources and define pricing strategies.
• Leveraging distribution channels and giving presentations to customers to maximize design wins.
• Regularly travel to onsite meetings with key accounts.

Key Requirements:

• A strong background in sales with proven management experience within the power electronics industry.
• A strong knowledge of power supply sales.
• Fluency in Italian and English is a hard requirement for this position.
