Founded in 2011,it has quickly established itself as an innovator and market leader in intelligent charging solutions. Today its has over 3000 employees in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. And we are always looking for top talent to join our team. Now we are looking for a result-driven General Manager based in Poland and responsible for the Northeast Euro region all business operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement regional business development plans to ensure that the sales targets and profit targets set by the company are achieved.

2. Analyze regional market trends, identify new business opportunities, and formulate corresponding market entry strategies.

3. Manage and develop regional sales teams, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and motivation.

4. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with important customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Monitor competitor activities and develop corresponding response strategies.

6. Ensure regional teams comply with company policies, laws and regulations.

7. Regularly report regional business progress to the senior management team and provide accurate sales forecasts.

8. Manage regional budgets to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Job requirements:

9. Bachelor degree or above in business management, marketing or related fields.

10. At least 8 years of sales or business development experience, working background in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.

11. Proven leadership and team management experience.

12. Strong business insight and market analysis capabilities.

13. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills.

14. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

15. Willing to travel.

16. Mandarin speaker and Fluent English communication skills.
