Global Marketing Manager

Location: Warsaw (Onsite)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team om Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to support the company’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and assist in the formulation of marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and overall strategy
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research in markets, including a collection of tender-related information
• Formulate marketing plans that align with local requirements and visit key regional customers to deliver product messaging and collect customer feedback
• Organize and participate in various meetings related to local marketing promotion in collaboration with the Company Business Department
• Design and produce promotional materials, advertising materials, and other materials required for product promotion in markets.
• Assist the international business unit to achieve annual business performance goals
• Understand the market from an international perspective and actively seek opportunities for expanding the development of business
• Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, with a preference for biomedicine-related subjects
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the market
• Familiarity with Next Generation Sequencing and Proteomics technologies
• Strong professionalism, good professional qualities, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong teamwork and independent working ability
• Honest, trustworthy, and in good health, with strategic thinking, strong self-learning ability, and ability to handle work pressure
• Experience in social media operations is a plus.
