We are working closely with a growing IT software outsourcing company who are looking for a Growth Director as they expand across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have great local knowledge and contacts within The Netherlands, with Business Development Experience within the IT industry.

This is a fully remote role within The Netherlands and can offer an attractive bonus based on profitability of new customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with new customers and businesses to increase the company’s portfolio
• Maximize brand share, drive sales and ensure consistent brand positioning throughout the region
• Drive the growth and success of the company across multiple markets
• Maintaining working relationships with clients
• Identifying and communicating consumer trends, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities

Key Skills and Experiences Required:

• Experience in the IT sector sales processes – key account management, partnership development and full sales cycle business development
• Experience in the IT field in Western Europe
• Strong network in the industry
• Excellent market knowledge
