European recruitment are currently partnered with a leading MIMO radio company based in Dresden, Germany who are currently addressing the 4G and upcoming 5G mobile network infrastructure market. They are currently undergoing huge growth provides you with an opportunity to grow alongside this exciting young business.

Working within this position you will be expected to design digital and RF boards, competently selecting analog and digital components, testing and optimization of digital boards, review of digital and analog designs, management of supplier relation and interaction with board manufacturing and assembly houses. As such we are ideally looking for people with the following skills:

• University Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering
• Sound knowledge in analogue and digital board design
• Experience with PCB routing
• Working knowledge of SMD soldering and mechanical lab work
• Knowledge of Mentor Expedition
• Experience of hardware design around high end FPG’s preferable
