Job Title: Senior IAM Consultant

Location: Bydgoszcz, Poland (fully remote work within the EU also considered)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, assess existing IAM systems, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance security and streamline access controls. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and challenges related to identity and access management.
• Conduct assessments of existing IAM systems, processes, and controls to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain IAM architecture documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, IT operations, and application development, to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate clients and internal teams on IAM best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security standards to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the IAM team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in identity and access management, with a focus on designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including user lifecycle management, access controls, identity federation, and single sign-on (SSO).
• Strong technical expertise in IAM technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience with IAM integration methodologies, including APIs, connectors, and identity provisioning.
• Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD B2C) and experience with cloud identity management is a plus.
• Solid understanding of security principles, industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and best practices related to IAM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This position is based in Bydgoszcz, Poland. However, we are open to considering fully remote work within the EU for the right candidate. Remote work would require strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
