As a Lead DevOps Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Help build, train and mentor the engineers within this team.
• Provide performance reviews and provide quality feedback regularly to help people grow
• Be technically involved / hands on with the team’s day to day job
• Gain requirements regularly by communications with stakeholders
• Keep evolving the existing tooling landscape

As a Lead DevOps Engineer your skills will include:

• Degree in relevant field (Computer Science / IT)
• People Management / Team Lead experience
• Prior experience as DevOps Engineer
• Kubernetes experience is must
• AWS is must
• Linux systems knowledge
• Understands how to operate Kubernetes clusters in the cloud
