Lead Test Engineer – Robotics

This opportunity will see you join one of the world’s largest automotive technology development groups to work on their advanced manufacturing and robotics products. As the Lead Test Engineer, you will be tasked with creating new automated test solutions that will be used to test automotive robotic work cells and advanced sensor products. This is a permanent position that will be worked from the company’s headquarters in Michigan.

Qualifications for this Lead Test Engineer role:

• 5+ years’ experience in test or industrial automation engineering
• Strong experience in robotics system testing and/or validation.
• Proven background in automated build and test-, or test-driven development practises
• Experience in hardware and software system integration, such as integration of new sensors, actuators and/or robotic manipulator into a new or existing test system.
• Experience in DVP&R or PVP&R.
