Legal Counsel – Contract Law for Intellectual Property/IP

We are currently working with a globally-renowned consumer electronics company who are looking for a legal counsel to take the lead on contract and commercial matters at their site just outside of London. 

This role will focus on contract law in the form of legal advice, reviews and contract negotiations surrounding Intellectual Property/IP. 

Required skills for this Legal Counsel role include:

• At least 5 years experience with contract law and IP/Intellectual Property
• Candidates must be UK qualified solicitors
• Strong experience with contract negotiations and legal matters
