Here at European Recruitment, we are supporting our global pharma client in seeking an MES Expert to join them in Visp, Switzerland.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Conceptualizing design and implementation of a MES solution for our new production site
• Responsibility for the adaptation of the manufacturing processes to enable efficient and paperless production and filling.
• Liaising with experts from the areas of production, QA, MSAT, and Engineering.
• Create and test master batch records in MES
• Continuous improvement of processes, evaluating and implementing new digital technologies.
• Primary contact person for topics related to MES and represent them vis-à-vis authorities
• Training and mentoring the team

Educational / Experience Requirements

• Degree in IT, automation, pharmaceutical technology, or a related field or have several years of relevant years of relevant work experience with corresponding further training
• You are fascinated by digitalization, and you can understand the value of new technologies and trends and their and their relevance for production
• You bring experience in the GMP environment or in another highly regulated industry, ideally in sterile production
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
