Physical Verification Engineer

We are working with a world leading Semiconductor company in Austria who are looking for experienced Physical Verification Engineers to join their team working on high-value products for Automotive applications (i.e. Radar sensor ICs, signal preprocessing microcontrollers, radar based ADAS systems). 

You would be involved in the development of runsets and verification test structure for IC layouts using relevant EDA software tools, as well as physical verification of power technology IC designs.

Requirements for the role include:

• Relevant university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar (Masters and above preferred)
• Experience with Calibre IC verification and parasitic extraction tools (DRC, LVS)
• CAD/EDA and programming skills are a plus
