Process Engineer – Semiconductor / Diffusion / Lithography

We are currently partnered with a global leader in Semiconductor Electronics Manufacturing specializing in the development of circuit protection, power control, and sensing technologies. The team is looking to bring on an experienced Process Engineer to join their team in Germany taking responsibility for the Diffusion or Lithography (dependent on expereince) processes.

This is a permanent working opportunity working onsite in Lampertheim, Germany.

Key Responsibilities for this Process Engineer position:

• Improving the stability of Diffusion/Lithography processes.
• Managing projects within the scope of new plant integration, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• Introducing statistical process controls and carrying out experimental variants for process optimization.
• Supporting the development of new processes and products.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in process engineering within the semiconductor industry; ideally with expereince in either Diffusion or Lithography.
• Previous expereince applying varied problem-solving approaches including, but not limited to, 8D, Ishikawa, and DMAIC.
• Strong German language skills are a hard requirement – a minimum of B1/2 is essential.
