Process Engineer – Diffusion

In this exciting position, you would join a leading, global manufacturer of electronic components for the semiconductor industry, who produce billions of electronic components!

We’re specifically looking for someone with Process Engineering experience of diffusion processes, so please apply if that’s you!

About the position:

• Improving the stability of diffusion processes
• Project management of new plant integration, yield improvement and cost reduction
• Introduction of statistical process controls (SPC) and definition of control limits
• Carrying out experimental variants (DOEs) for process optimization in diffusion
• Supporting the development of new processes and products

About you:

• Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor environment
• Experience in applying various problem-solving approaches such as (8D, Ishikawa, DMAIC etc.)
• Sound knowledge of diffusion processes
• Confident use of MS Office and statistics programs
• Fluent German and English skills
