Sales Manager – Eastern Europe

We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing on-site operational needs, and building key relationships with industry influencers in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide support, and exceed service expectations.
  • Assist customers with on-site visits, focusing on terminal and paving machine operations.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Collect and analyze information to enhance overall service quality.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry.
  • Collaborate closely with KOLs to understand market dynamics and gather valuable insights.
  • Provide support in sales-related activities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to undertake long-term travel within Eastern Europe, specifically in Poland and Slovakia.
  • In-depth understanding of local customs and familiarity with the local populace.
  • Ability to fluently communicate in the local language to effectively conduct sales activities.
  • Strong command of the English language for daily communication and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in sales within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Biological industry is highly preferred.
