This company develops fundamental wireless technologies that are at the core of mobile devices, networks, and services worldwide.

They are searching for a highly motivated consultant to work within their technology research and development team to help imulate and implement the emerging Mobile Network 5G and beyond.

Key responsibilities for a Senior 5G Researcher:

• Simulation activities to support cutting-edge research in waveform design, physical layer and/or system-level design
• Evaluate various beyond 5G/6G wireless protocol designs
• Analysis and simulation support to evaluate various waveforms, modulation and coding techniques
• Analysis and development of innovative solutions for control and transfer of user data at L1/PHY and L2/MAC

Key skills for a Senior 5G Researcher:

• MUST have a PhD or masters degree in related field
• 4+ years industry experience in field of wireless communications
• MATLAB
• Strong background in 3GPP and cellular systems
• Experience in link level (L1/PHY) and/or system level (L1/PHY, L2/MAC) simulations
