Senior Account Manager – SaaS / German speaking / Sales / B2B / B2C

We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager with solid experience within Account Management (or related roles) to join our client on a permanent basis.

My client is a UK based tech start-up SaaS platform and as a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building up cooperation with our clients B2B customers (property management) and expanding customer satisfaction through excellent service. You will also work closely with

customers to ensure that the services and the platform are used optimally and efficiently

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ (minimum) experience in account management or a similar position (B2B, B2C)
• Experience in handling customer inquiries through a wide variety of channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong commercial awareness which allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with a demanding environment
• You have a command of both oral and written German and English
• You are used to independent work and a quick familiarization and perceive this as a positive challenge
• Previous experience in the real estate industry would be an advantage
