Senior C++ Software Engineer

Opportunity to work for a leading 3D scanning company that focus on leveraging state-of-the-art computer vision and ML technologies to create and mass produce 3D models.

The Role

Automating 3D reconstruction at scale is a demanding engineering task for capturing, data distribution, and object reconstruction. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who can guide the development team to produce high quality and performant code.

Responsibilities

• Own the development process to ensure the robustness and efficiency of our core computational software stack and multi camera acquisition software, including:Identify and address performance bottlenecks of the existing C++ code base and implement efficiency improvements and optimization strategies.
• Lead the definition and implementation of testing strategies
• Collaborate with DevOps infrastructure for bringing our state-of-the-art algorithms into production
• Actively propose (Software) architectural solutions to the 3D reconstruction team

Requirements

• MsC degree in computer science or related field required.
• 3+ years of work experience, ideally with some start-up experience.
• Being able to write readable, clean, maintainable, and performant multi threaded C++ code.
• Good exerience with software engineering, modularization and programming patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with docker, package management, versioning, debugging and profiling tools.
