Senior DFT Engineer – TPG / BIST / ECC / Redundancy

We’re partnered with a genuinely exciting French semiconductor startup with offices across France and they’re seeking a number of Senior DFT Engineers to join them on a permanent basis, working on a hybrid model. This organization has just completed their second funding round and have some very aggressive growth plans over the next 2 years.

You will either be based in Paris, Grenoble or within the Normandy region and as a DFT Engineer, you will be responsible on development of architecture and will drive and execute DFT implementation of a complex SOC in advanced CMOS process plus you will focus on the development of a DFT flow (HW DFT insertion, test vectors generation, validation).

For the right person, we can also facilitate remote working, from within France.

Required skills:

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 10+ years of hands-on experience in DFT implementation in complex digital and/or SOC circuits.
• Solid knowledge in RTL design
• Experience of scripting languages (TCL, Perl, Python)
• Hands-on experience with ATPG, BIST, ECC and Redundancy
• ASIC test methods (Iddq, delay test, very low voltage test)
• Strong knowledge of JTAG (IEEE1149.1, IEEE1149.3), logic tests (boundary scan, ATPG) and memory tests.

Any of the following will be considered a plus:

• Previous experience with Cadence DFT design flow (Genus, Modus)
• An experience with large designs (>1M gates) with advanced CMOS technologies (22nm and below)
