Senior Finance & Reporting Manager

The Senior Finance & Reporting Manager manages and continuously improves the company’s financial processes and related reporting obligations in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures, and accounting standards.
Besides, the Senior Finance & Reporting Manager supports more junior colleagues to develop functional knowledge.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Financial Management or comparable studies
• 6 – 10 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of German and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, HGB)
• Experience with corporate controlling mechanisms and ability to invent and optimise processes
• Proven track record in delivery of financial reports and first-class C-level presentations
• Innovative with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English and German
