Senior Digital Physical Implementation Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Trento, South Tyrol

Reporting to the Digital Design Manager, this position is expected to manage the backend flow of the whole digital top of CMOS image sensors.

The candidate is required to have deep knowledge of the whole #RTL2GDSII flow and tape-out experience with state-of-the-art technology nodes (<40nm). He/she will have responsibility of all the implementation steps from #floorplanning and macro placement to CTS, #PnR, #signoff and handoff, and eventually the ECO flow.

It is important that the candidate has experience in managing multiple power domains and the skills to perform IR drop analysis on complex implementations.

Basic understanding of digital design, STA and CDC concepts is necessary, and a deeper expertise in those fields is considered a plus, just like a good knowledge of DFT structures, scan insertion and ATPG flow.

Being part of a RnD team, it is expected that the candidate is proactive and helps improving the flow and process, with new ideas and his/her past knowledge.

Qualifications:

• PHD/MSc Engineering or PHD/MSc Physics
• Academic Background: Technical, Electronics, Semiconductor, Physics
• English speaking

Experience:

• 5 years+ experience in industry (preferably on modern technology nodes)
• Experience in working with multi-ethnically and cross functional team and remote teams
