Senior Project Manager – Power Semiconductor / PMI / Electronics

We are currently recruiting experienced Project Managers to work with a global leader in the semiconductor industry specializing in Power Devices and high-volume production.

This is a permanent working opportunity based in Hamburg, Germany.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager Position:

• Leading business-critical and strategic development projects within an international context/setting.
• Be accountable for achieving project results, executing completed multi-site R&D projects with agreed boundaries, and making sure relevant quality standards are defined/met.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities including operation guidance and conflict management.
• Defining the overall project plan and showcasing to all management levels and stakeholders.
• Exercise good judgment on project set-up, competitive timelines, budgets, efficient execution, changes, and risks so as to make adjustments where required.
• Take responsibility for analyzing project risks and actively drive improvements in project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical background with experience leading relevant projects within the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledgeable in semiconductor processes and packages.
• Expert-level knowledge of start-of-the-art project management tools and their applications.
• Proven leadership qualities in leading international projects and product development execution.
• PMI certification is beneficial.
