Senior SAP CO ABAP Business Analyst

European Recruitment are working closely with a leading packaging systems company, based in Linnich, who are looking for an experienced Senior SAP CO ABAP Business Analyst to join their team.

This role can offer a hybrid working model based out of their Linnich office or potentially fully remote within Germany for an experienced candidate.

Responsibilities as Senior SAP CO ABAP Business Analyst:

• Business process management/consultancy, application configuration, development, and customization of Controlling applications
• Analyze business processes and develop solution proposals in close collaboration with global functions and Business Process Owners
• Business consultancy and advisory on new template design including a potential transformation path to S/4 HANA
• Customizing and ABAP programming (SAP CO / PS area)
• Application lifecycle management
• Work with internal team members and external implementation partners to define and describe best functional and technical fit
• Leading workshops and trainings (transfer of the process knowledge to other teammates)
• Project management for business-related projects

Requirements:

• Degree in business informatics or business administration or alternatively relevant years of comparable professional experience
• Ideally 5+ years of industry experience
• Professional knowledge in SAP-CO
• Good knowledge in ABAP-programming, typical ERP enhancements
• SAP ERP cross functional (FI, SD, MM) experience and SAP BW experience desirable
• Preferred S/4 HANA experience (S/4 HANA and/or S/4 HANA Cloud)
