Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate is a talented, self-motivated individual who will help to accelerate the electronics growth of the company in Europe. You will be a Senior Software Engineer – Embedded Automotive. You will represent the Software Expertise at customers and coordinate the activities with the technical centres based in China and North America.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate information exchanges between OEM’s and SW Engineering Team in China
• Clarifying product and SW architecture expectations
• Promoting innovative visions and meeting with Automotive OEMs’ technical SW expectations
• Responsible for software related communication between SW teams and customers
• Lead local EU program software related activities
• Support on-site customer software activities
• Summarise and share test experiences
• Support building of SW capabilities with internal and external SW partners in EU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics (or related field)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within Automotive Electronics & Embedded Software (Ideally C or C++)
• Expertise in building robust SW Systems
• Willing to learn recent and new technology along with tackling complex technical problems
• Experience in ASPICE compliant Software Development
• Business level English and German
