                 Senior Test Development Engineer (ATE)

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Test Development Engineer (ATE) with extensive knowledge of mixed signal automotive ICs, who is able to develop, improve and carry out complex test solutions. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary for a leading company based in Austria.

Role:

As Senior Test Development Engineer your responsibilities will include;

• To generate and advance sophisticated test solutions for new products, as well as being responsible for the quality of the developed test packages (test coverage, stability, costs).
• Drive the application of the test functions on automatic test equipment (ATE).
• Efficiently debug and characterize the test packages and assign the test packages to manufacturing sites.
• Support and determine test package related problems within manufacturing.
• Independently design and prepare test engineering of particular project topics and correspond these with project managers.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience within semiconductor test development.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or related discipline.
• In depth knowledge in semiconductor mixed-signal-testing (ATE) (e.g. Teradyne).
• Efficient experience of DFT (design for testability).
• Programming skills in VBA and/or C/C++.
• Fluency in English– with proficiency in German being favored.
• The capacity to implement and continually strive to achieve the highest quality results.
• Team spirit and eagerness to cooperate closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams.
• The ability to think analytically and solve problems.
• Willingness to travel and attend trainings.
• To be proactive, open-minded and the capability to work autonomously.
