Software Engineer/Architect in Multi-processor SoCs – Parallel Computing / Embedded Linux

We are currently partnered with the world-leading research institute of a global telecoms company looking to hire a Software Engineer/Architect in multi-processor SoCs to join their team working on next-generation ARM/RISC-V-based SoCs for network equipment.

This is a permanent position based onsite in Grenoble, France.

Key Responsibilities for this Software Engineer/Architect position:

• Actively contribute to advanced research topics in HW and SW architecture.
• Develop multiple advanced high-performance multi-threaded applications; including for Firewall, Access Routers, and HTTP proxy products.
• Actively contribute to cutting-edge research on key technologies for future SoCs and emerging technologies within the industry.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with key industry partners and top-tier academic research institutes.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years expereince in SoC/CPU digital design, architecture, or low-level SW development.
• Strong expereince working on chip microarchitecture.
• Proven knowledge and expereince working on processor-based multicore chipsets.
• Knowledgeable in memory hierarchy and interconnect principles.
• Previous expereince working on Networking applications is beneficial.
