Strategic Marketing Manager / High-Voltage Power Business / Semiconductor

European Recruitment is working closely with a global semiconductor company who are looking for a talented Strategic Marketing Manager to join their team remotely within Germany.

In this role you will be the field champion of the business unit and the liaison between the Sales Organization/Customer and the Business Unit. You will b responsible for identifying new products and segments of interest, establishing go-to-market strategies, securing designs, and ultimately revenue growth.

Responsibilities as Strategic Marketing Manager:

• Understand, tailor, and communicate technical and business value propositions of existing solutions
• Develop and drive effective regional and global GtM segment strategies to accelerate market share growth
• Lead the interface and relationship nurturing with the key ecosystems partners/influencers
• Serve as a technical advisor to the Clean Energy customers to create roadmaps and value propositions to meet the market needs
• Collaborate with internal business lines and engineering leadership to define business cases/solutions
• Build a strong network of key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Automotive OEM/Tier 1 experience in either Strategic marketing/Sales/Application Engineering/Product Marketing related roles
• Understanding of semiconductor power electronics and power systems
• Must work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy and deadline-driven environment
• ~25% domestic and international travel
