Support Engineer (RF Design / 3GPP / Integration / LTE)

We are recruiting for a Support Engineer to join my client in Dresden.

My client are a leading massive MIMO radio company addressing the 4G and upcoming 5G mobile network infrastructure market. They provide cost effective as well and energy efficient ways to address the demand for wireless capacity for the Gigabit Society.

As a Field Support Engineer  your role will be;

• Providing first line support 
• Filing reports in regards to product issues
• Researching technical problems
• Walking customers through solutions

As a Field Support Engineer  your skills will be;

• Knowledge in cellular communication systems
• Basic knowledge in digital and RF design
• Knowledge in cellular tests eg. 3GPP, FCC 
• Knowledge in system integration.
