Talent Acquisition Specialist -FinTech
Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a new role in the FinTech Sector?
The ideal candidate:
- Has extensive experience of working as an internal or in-house recruitment specialist
- Demonstrable experience recruiting for a variety of different roles across Tech, Engineering and commerical
- FinTech and/or early-stage startup experience is highly desirable
- Has worked with different hiring managers to understand the requirements of ongoing openings
- Experience in leading a recruitment team is preferred
- Proficient in engaging with passive candidates through a variety of sources
- Is an advocate for the importance of creating a superb Candidate Experience
- Hands on experience of conducting detailed interviews to discover the candidate’s suitability
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Possess excellent organisational and administrative skills
