Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a new role in the FinTech Sector?

The ideal candidate:

  • Has extensive experience of working as an internal or in-house recruitment specialist
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting for a variety of different roles across Tech, Engineering and commerical
  • FinTech and/or early-stage startup experience is highly desirable
  • Has worked with different hiring managers to understand the requirements of ongoing openings
  • Experience in leading a recruitment team is preferred
  • Proficient in engaging with passive candidates through a variety of sources
  • Is an advocate for the importance of creating a superb Candidate Experience
  • Hands on experience of conducting detailed interviews to discover the candidate’s suitability
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Possess excellent organisational and administrative skills
