My client is global technology company looking to add a UX Researcher to their team for a fixed 12-month contract.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Assess validity of UX issues raised by FTE , UT experts and others
• Evaluate UX of devices and apps (for example via Heuristic Evaluation)
• Gather evidence to support existing issues through user research
• UX Research for Accessibility (Blind / Deaf People)
• Make recommendations for improvements where issues are found
• Plan, observe, moderate, analysis and report sessions User Testing sessions
• Plan, observer moderate, analysis and report sessions Focus Group Interviews
• Prepare, conduct, analysis and report diary studies and other ethnographic user research
• Benchmark significant new apps and devices in the European market
