Technical Lead for Digital IC Design & Verification

We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Lead for Digital IC Design & Verification, who has Digital IC Design and Mixed-Signal Design experience, to join a leading technology company on a permanent basis in Austria.

Role:

As a Technical Lead for Digital IC Design & Verification your responsibilities will include:

• Technically manage digital design & verification projects.
• Personally, delving into digital design developments.
• Maintaining and expanding the digital design & verification team.
• Liaising with the analog design teams, support functions as well as stakeholders.
• Motivating IC design flow and methodology according to our product requirements through innovations and development.
• Guarantee consistently high quality of digital design.

Required Skills:

You are best suited for this position if you have:

• A degree or an applied sciences degree in electrical engineering, informatics, physics or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years direct experience in digital IC design and verification sector.
• In-depth knowledge of digital IC design flows, comprising of Synopsys and Cadence.
• Experience in mixed-signal design and/or verification awareness is desired.
• Experience in managing small R&D teams is ideal.
• Expertise in of power applications (e.g. DC-DC converters, inverters, etc.) is ideal.
• Fluency in oral and written English, with German skills as a bonus.
