Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Analyst to drive the transition from Aveksa to SailPoint. This is a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth migration and the successful integration of new applications into their IGA environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive migration and onboarding plans.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary IGA point of contact for stakeholders.
• Deliver training and workshops on new IGA processes and tools.
• Optimize IGA processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain detailed migration and onboarding documentation.
• Execute migration tasks and configure the SailPoint platform.
• Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead the Aveksa to SailPoint migration and manage new application onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Identity and Access Management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration processes.
• Proficiency in SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Proven experience in IGA migration projects.
• Strong research and interview skills.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in developing and executing stakeholder communication plans.
• Solid understanding of security technologies, best practices, and frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
