Radio Frequency Engineer
We are seeking a talented Radio Frequency Engineer to join the dynamic Board Engineering Team in Stockholm. As a Radio Frequency Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of radio solutions by designing, simulating, and verifying RF passive components. You will be responsible for staying abreast of industry trends and collaborating with external research institutions to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and verify RF passive components (circulators, isolators, filters, phase shifters, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, advanced design concepts, and emerging technologies in the field of passive RF components.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading research institutes and universities in Europe to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Prepare comprehensive design reports, simulation verification reports, and technology insight reports.
- Contribute to pre-research projects to identify and secure key technologies for future product development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in RF/Microwave Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in a research organization or commercial company.
- Proficiency in designing and using RF passive components, such as circulators, isolators, filters, or phase shifters.
- Strong expertise in EM simulation tools, particularly HFSS and CST.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of passive RF components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
