AI Accelerator Architect for Embedded Systems

You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, flexible, and proven architectures for AI acceleration within embedded systems. As part of an architecture team specialising in 3GPP modem functionality and related SoC chipset implementations, your primary focus will be on AI hardware acceleration. Staying abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science will be crucial for continuously innovating and enhancing our solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with neural processing units (NPUs), AI accelerators, CPU/GPU architecture, ISA design, machine learning, or dataflow architecture.

• Proven expertise in performance, power, and area optimisation, with a track record of validating these optimisations through theoretical analysis and functional/performance simulations.

• Experience with AI software stacks.

• Knowledge of 4G and 5G functionality and implementation is advantageous.
