Audio Signal Processing Developer – Automotive/System Level

You will be joining an established audio team within an innovative automotive engineering lab ata world-leading technology company in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune audio algorithms for our target platforms using C, C++, and assembly languages.
• Enhance our workflow by designing, developing, and executing unit and integration tests, along with contributing to the creation of specialized software tools for PC and Web platforms.
• Design and implement digital audio signal processing algorithms.
• Collaborate closely with our Acoustics Team.
• Assist customers by contributing to the creation of designs, specifications, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience
• Strong expertise in digital signal processing.
• Proficient in C, C++, and assembly programming.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and MATLAB is an added advantage.
• Understanding of real-time operating systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge in acoustics and psychoacoustics is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally, up to 10% of the time.
