Senior Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and use groundbreaking technologies.
- Engineers will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions for our customers and lead customer interactions by thoughtfully working with them to dive deep into the issue and get the root cause.
- Interact with leading engineers around the world.
- Partner with  CLOUD teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
- Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve our services.
- Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers’technical support experience.
- Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple CLOUD services.
- Apart from working on a broad spectrum of technical issues, the CLOUD Support Engineer may also coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training, partner with development teams on complex issues, write tools/script to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written in Chinese &Â English skills
- Strong communications skills, effective, polished interaction with the customer to gather information quickly
- Passion for technology and customer support
- Strong ability of cross-team collaboration
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, able to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems?determine root cause and develop solutions
- Knowledge about linux, windows, network, storage are the basic requirement. Rich experience about security, big data, AI, database, docker, coding should be preferred.
- Able to work in 24/7 rotating shifts
