Research Scientist – NLP

You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their labs London.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to innovative research projects.
• Develop benchmarks and baselines using publicly available datasets.
• Train large language models (LLMs) on novel, practical tasks.
• Publish research findings in prestigious NLP, ML, and AI conferences and journals.
• Mentor and guide research interns.
• Engage with the academic community by delivering talks and collaborating with leading researchers.

Essential Qualifications

• PhD in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• A strong research background with publications in top-tier conferences such as ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, EACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICML, as well as leading journals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multi-site, and dynamic environment.
• Capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team of research and technical professionals.
