Team Assistant – Graduate Recruitment

Our client is seeking a versatile and results-driven Business Team Assistant of Graduate Recruitment to join our dynamic HR team at the London Research Centre.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, with a primary focus on graduate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and participate in graduate recruitment related events, such as career fairs, open days and industry conferences.
  • Promote the graduate recruitment events on social media and build a strong relationship with targeted universities.
  • Liaison the graduate interview arrangement between London teams and HQ teams and tracking candidates’ recruitment process.
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including archive HR documents (onboarding right to work check, offboarding checklist, reference letter, etc.), and support staff engagement events.
  • Work closely with Finance and Procurement team by raising PR/PO for graduate recruitment events, expense claim, suppliers contract management.
 

Person Specification

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Have the long-term right to work in the UK
  • A strong team player, proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent at cross-functional communication

Desired

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
